I’ve spent the last two decades coaching leaders, evolving organizational cultures, and working alongside startups worldwide. But I’m not your typical coach—I’ve also built businesses, studied psychology, written books on leadership and entrepreneurship, and lived the digital nomad life.
Because I’ve been immersed in the startup world for years, I get the pressure, the chaos, the constant balancing act. I know what it’s like to build something from scratch, navigate uncertainty, and try to make an impact without burning out.

Through my work with The Impact Collective, I’ve spent years coaching changemakers as they’re building purpose-driven, financially sustainable ventures. But some stories just need to be seen and heard by a greater audience. That’s what led to Women Who impACT, a documentary series highlighting women-led social impact across Africa.
We travel to meet extraordinary women transforming their communities, capturing their stories and the real impact of their work. So far, we’ve produced three episodes, the first of which premiered at the Zanzibar Film Festival in 2024.
