Carolin’s experience includes close to 20 years of executive coaching, during which she has worked with more than 3,000 clients all across the globe. A serial entrepreneur, she built three businesses from the ground up in the Middle Eastern emirate of Qatar, including a women’s empowerment initiative that touched thousands of women’s (and a few men’s) lives.
